The phrase "kleptocratic autocracy" is accurate, but I hope politicians will use a more emotionally resonant term, like "dictatorship." Or "corrupt dictatorship" (as in, "he has turned our country into a corrupt dictatorship"). Something that everyone can understand and that will make most people angry. And it should be repeated ad nauseum.
